Their offices provide a discreet, secure, and welcoming environment where clients can discuss investments, view rare pieces, and complete transactions with confidence.
We are seeking a professional, personable, and friendly Receptionist / Office Manager to act as the first point of contact for all clients, both in person and over the telephone. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and presents themselves with confidence and professionalism. You will be comfortable engaging with a diverse range of investors and collectors and will be trusted with genuine responsibility, playing a key role in shaping the overall client experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet on-site clients, offer and serve refreshments, and ensure they feel welcome and well-informed
- Manage waiting times and keep clients updated in a calm and professional manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls, identify caller needs, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Book and manage client appointments for relevant team members
- Manage relationships with cleaning contractors and ensure all client-facing areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Ensure the office is appropriately stocked with supplies, including refreshments, stationery, and client materials
- Receive and distribute incoming post promptly to the relevant team members
- Oversee basic health and safety requirements
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
