Are you looking for a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same? Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Support & Personal Assistant to work at the heart of a successful family home. This dynamic role combines office management with personal support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: £23- £25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, post, filing, and deliveries. Assist with contractors and renewals (insurance, utilities), and handle tech issues.
- Event Coordination: Organise and manage events (weddings, conferences, family gatherings), including bookings, RSVPs, and logistics.
- Household & Family Management: Coordinate family calendars, arrange travel, book appointments, and run errands. Help with school admin, pet care, and personal tasks.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Assist with budgeting, expenses, liaising with accountants, and managing suppliers and contractors.
- Special Projects: Support with household moves, home improvements, and family events. Help with travel arrangements and occasional pick-ups.

Location: Full-time, based at the family home in Virginia Water, Surrey, with occasional travel and errands.
A fully comprehensive UK driving license and vehicle is required for this opportunity. This role is to start immediately and will work on a week to week ongoing basis as a PAYE candidate.
