New Media Concept SP. z o.o. is hiring for a temporary Customer Service Representative in Birmingham. This role supports day‑to‑day processing of visa applications and renewals, serving as the first point of contact for applicants.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet and assist customers throughout the application process, support applicants in completing forms, collect biometric data and required documentation, follow structured administrative procedures, use a computer‑based system to guide workflow, and handle customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and confidence.
