Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes for a Tutor specialising in SETPD and Functional Skills. The Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of post-16 learners, focusing on supporting their personal development and preparation for adulthood.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating lesson plans
- Assessing student progress
- Providing mentoring and guidance
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Supporting students in achieving their individual goals
Qualifications:
- Strong instructional and teaching skills, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and student assessment
