Our team is made up of 2 Clinical Directors, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Animal Care assistant, and 6 fantastic Receptionists. How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. This role offers a diverse schedule, averaging 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, including 8 am‑3 pm, 8 am‑6 pm, 12 pm‑8 pm, and 11 am‑6 pm. Additionally, you’ll be part of a 1‑in‑5 weekend rota (Saturdays 8 am‑2 pm), with a well‑deserved day off following your weekend shift.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including consultations, pharmacy duties, inpatient care, anaesthetic monitoring, Stage 1 dentals, and imaging. With the support of our exceptional reception team, you’ll spend minimal time on administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering outstanding care to our patients.
