THE ROLE: To be a key member of the Central Services Team (Part time - Tues, Wed & Thurs 8.30 to 5pm - 22.5 hours per week), with the ability to work as a team player and as an individual. To manage all lines of communication and tasks for the Weymouth Support Centre by dealing with, escalating, and highlighting issues as they arise in an efficient and professional manner.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Reception – Meet and Greet, ensuring all visitors sign in and out with management of the Access Control Passes. Unlock / Lock the Main Reception Door – time keeping very important.
  • Mail Room – All general mail room functions, sorting and delivery of mail, parcels (DHL, Royal Mail etc). Franking Machine, Binding, laminating.
  • Compliance – to carry out weekly/monthly compliance checks throughout the building and record on Vision when complete, to also escalate to the Technical Services manager when issues arise.
  • Responsible for the accurate raising of all Purchase Orders for the Weymouth & London Support Centres and work in accordance with company policy.
  • Responsible for the efficient processing of all invoices relating to the Weymouth & London Support Centres, ensuring that they are logged and approved in accordance with set guidelines.
