What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working effectively and efficiently within the payroll cycle – ensuring our customers are always fully aware of deadlines and their associated responsibilities
  • Deliver pay related administration
  • Managing the time and attendance data extract files to achieve data transfer on time, accurately and as efficiently as possible
  • Manage pay adjustments including statutory absence and court orders etc.
  • Keying exceptional data
  • Providing data and reporting required by key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responding to pay related enquiries
  • Using initiative and judgement to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to act upon them
  • Maintaining payroll policy and process documentation to reflect current practice
