The Role
Risk & Compliance Assistant
What you’ll be doing
- Contract Management: Maintain the Group Contracts Database, ensure all contracts are up-to-date, and manage contract pipelines.
- Risk Management: Update and track supplier and debtor financial risks, manage alerts, and support legislative compliance including Modern Slavery and Supplier Security.
- Data Support: Assist with data extraction for team reporting and refresh Power BI reports.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Administer hotel invoice reconciliation and manage virtual payment card transactions.
- Project Support: Contribute to key projects within the team and provide cover during colleague absences.
