New Look Redhill is seeking a Store Manager (32 hours) to lead a team in delivering strong store performance and an outstanding customer journey. You will drive commercial decisions, motivate staff and maintain a customer-obsessed atmosphere in a busy high street store.
You will be fully accountable for store results, working with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities that boost KPI performance, customer service, and stock control while keeping the team engaged and having fun.
