We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and develop New Look’s Quality Framework. You’ll ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations, comply with regulations, and deliver excellent value. Working closely with Buying, Design, Sourcing, BMD and Sustainability teams, you’ll drive product improvements, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across all categories, while leading a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and evolve the Quality Framework to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing product
- Monitor and improve supplier quality, onboarding, and performance
- Use trading insights, returns, and risk analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and seasonal strategies
- Develop and coach your team, translating vision into clear goals and KPIs
Who you are:
- Fashion industry experience with strong technical expertise in quality, compliance, and product performance
- Experienced in supplier management, risk assessment, and commercial decision-making
- Strong analytical, numerical, organisational, and presentation skills
- Confident leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams
- Collaborative, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
