The Store: As our Milton Keynes Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' shopping experience. In our new and exciting Milton Keynes store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion.
You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!
