As our Maidstone Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed. In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion.

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

You have previous store/deputy management experience.

You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer.

Commercial acumen.

Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
