We’re looking for an organised and proactive POS and Traffic exec to support the delivery of brand creative campaigns and point-of-sale (POS) materials across multiple channels and store environments. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys project coordination, creative operations and has an interest/experience in retail point of sale.
You’ll work closely with creative, POS, marketing, production, and retail teams to help ensure campaigns and POS assets are delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and excited to learn about retail and creative workflows.

What you’ll be doing:
- Retail POS Management
- Coordinate the production and delivery of retail POS materials for stores.
- Assist in managing POS inventory, collation of trackers, and accurate allocations.
- Work with POS manager to maintain an accurate store and window database using updated data, working with Property and Field teams to support accurate allocations.
- Retail brief management to ensure retail briefs are uploaded onto Trello.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and internal teams to produce trackers for costings and to track production timelines.
- Support quality control checks for printed materials and in-store execution.
- Maintain accurate POS libraries and follow critical path dates for up-to-date store comms.
- Manage retail POS ordering systems and PODs post-delivery.
- Managing the internal finance system for POS and windows, building strong relationships with the Finance team.
- Upload of digital assets and management of QR codes.
- Creative Traffic Management
- Support the coordination and trafficking of creative briefs and artwork requests.
- Help manage timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules across campaigns.
- Track project status and ensure stakeholders are kept updated on progress.
- Work with Creative operations GM to assign workload to the creative team.
- Ensure briefs have all correct information and meet requirements to pass to the creative team.
- Manage workflow on Trello including managing reporting on volume of traffic in creative studio.
- Assist with briefing creative teams where required.
- Support asset management systems.
- Keep critical paths on track highlighting issues and suggesting resolutions to hit target dates.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with project management or workflow tools is a plus (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Experience in a customer-focused role (fashion retail would be a bonus)
- Proven understanding of retail in-store communications, POS and windows or within a creative team.
