THE ROLE: This is a role for an exceptional Senior Creative Design Lead who is experienced in print/digital design, and the concept and art direction of fashion campaigns/shoots. You are a key player in driving New Look’s brand identity. Inspiring and mentoring a team, you will lead the Creative Design team to deliver the ‘New Look Feeling’ to our customers in ever new and exciting ways. Collaborating with other key creative stakeholders in the ideation and delivery of the creative strategy. The Creative Design team produces all the creative collateral for the Look Brand, across print and digital design, including windows, store assets, website, home pages, CRM, editorial features, campaigns, and social media assets. Based in our East London office and reporting to the Creative General Manager, the Senior Creative Design Lead sits within the Creative team, which also includes the Creative content team, art directors, creative copy team, production, traffic team, VM team and more widely across the product side of the business the Design and Styling team. We form an innovative Collective that concepts and delivers the brand's creative vision. The customer means everything to us. You might say we’re obsessed. We use data and insight to ensure everything we create is tailored to what our customer will be engaged with and inspired by.

WHO YOU ARE: Previous experience of leading a creative design team in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record/experience of the key stages of the design process from creative concept to design development and asset creation to tight deadlines. A conceptual creative, creating designs for omni-channel campaigns including digital and print. Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guides and applying it to all seasonal artworks. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and proficient in Office-based programmes. Knowledge of After Effects and Sketch. Significant experience in art direction of shoots for fashion. WW shoots essential and Teen/children’s shoots an advantage. Demonstrated understanding of UX and UI principles. You love all things fashion and get a buzz from finding new ways to deliver the trends our customers love.
