The Role: You will deliver on brand multichannel product coordination and critical path management. You will be the go-to person liaising between BMD and wider teams including Marketing, Ecom, Creative, styling and VM, using in-depth product knowledge to support with product edits in line with the customer calendar and channel requirements.

What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for the coordination of product for the BMD teams (Including womenswear, FT wear, AX, 915, SBF and LNS) with the wider business: VM, Marketing, Brand, Retail, PR etc. This role is main touch point for all product sample requests.
- Driving weekly meetings with Buying to ensure all requests are clear and understood, and workload and workflow is managed in line with the critical path.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Brand on product timings and as the main point of contact for BMD ensure that all are kept up to speed with product requests.
- Always managing the product, knowing where it is, who has it, and what meetings can be planned when.
- Organise Product & Rooms for styling Meetings working with Marketing, Brand and BMD teams to align on best weeks and times.
- Trackers: Compiling line lists of key items / outfits to track for model store / ways to wear and campaign shoots and circulating with teams. Pulling line-lists of other trend pops / mini edits and circulating / chasing through with teams, and keeping SHOD, DM, HOBS & HOMS updated.
- Attending weekly Tracker meetings with BMD to ensure all above line lists are being rolled and monitored, flagging any issues to Creative Director and Head of Design.
- Responsible for the creation of the ‘Master Edit ‘(virtual sample room) driving through all teams to be inputting and gardening in line with the crit path. Oversee the range plan input by buying ensuring all are done in time with crit path.
- Managing of the BMD reps and workflow.
- Produce packs to clearly show asset usage per grading, per week for each range period, as well as supporting product packs by intake/grade and season, focusing on the Key profit departments for the season.
- Pulling large scale bespoke product packs and dividing into trend and grading to coordinate additional allocations across segmented stores.
- Assist the Senior Styling Manager, Head of Design and Creative director on styling days/ shoots, through on set coordination of samples, supporting creative director in putting forward best product and highlighting priorities/ flagging potential issues.
- Agree dates for all future Marketing activities in line with BMD Critical path Calendar in weekly Marketing catch up on behalf of the BMD, ensuring enough time to get approval from SHOD/DM & Hobs when necessary.
- Attend the Rack Up/TRU meetings and send out the notes after to the BMD teams & key items/outfits to track for model store.
- Co-ordinating bulks needed for retouch and managing samples between locations.
- Over-seeing the Product coordination assistant for the smooth running of Ecom Sample management process between Hickman and Studio at Mortimer.
- Work with Head of Design and Creative Director on all product collation for special projects including Retail roadshows, video filming and influencer meetings, overseeing product collation to the given timelines and expectations.
- Constantly looking for new ways to streamline processes in line with Data advancements to ensure the most up to date information is provided in the most efficient way.
- Reviewing OFL pricing and coordinating confirmation on killers, Its, Windows & POS details, stock management for emails and homepages.
- Attending weekly production meetings as the constant BMD representative to ensure all deadlines and meetings are tracking in line with the critical path.
Who you are:
- Successful candidates will possess a broad range of technical skills, including many of the following: Excel / Power point / Word & Outlook
- A great eye for product and excellent taste level.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player, ability to collaborate and work alongside peer group.
- Able to read and understand trackers- product intakes, stock charts, and the programmes we use to monitor this.
- Interpersonal skills: To be able to organize samples and meetings in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with all parts of the business
- Confident in busy times. The ability to act quick and be reactive but in a calm manor without being overwhelmed by the pace.
