The Role (2 days a week in the office)

To provide effective administration support for the International Partnerships team and to assist with the trading and Critical Path management on the department.

Taking responsibility for the delivery schedule, IP partner liaison / DC communications and supporting the IP team through accurate reporting alongside / managing close relations with the BMD / Product teams regarding all delivery information.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Commitment Management – day to day management of intake and commitment through productive relationships with BMD / Product teams, DC and IP partners to ensure Orders are delivered on time or slippage and cancellations are captured and escalated.
  • Critical Path Management – relationship with BMD, DC, Suppliers and Partners to ensure that all changes to orders are captured and communicated or resolved in a timely manner for the avoidance of cancellation.
  • Reporting – able to assist the AM, with accurate data for all reporting requirements both weekly and ad‑hoc.
  • Trading – support on fulfilling OTB through stock offers and cancellation management.
  • Sales Targets – completing all of the above to ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.
  • Proactively dealing with department queries both internally & externally.
  • First point of contact for IP queries.
  • Works as part of the team.
  • Supports with development of colleagues, delivering relevant training and support when required.

Who you are

  • Previous experience working in Retail / Administration
  • Franchise/ Wholesale experience is desirable but not essential.
