Overview
In this Studio Producer role at New Look, you will plan, coordinate and deliver production activity for the in-house studio, with a focus on ecommerce shoots and select creative projects. You’ll manage resources, schedules, talent and budgets to ensure content is delivered on time and to high standards. You’ll work with internal and external partners to mitigate risks and continuously improve ways of working in a fast-paced studio. The role offers impact by shaping shoot operations and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the ecommerce studio schedule planning and delivery
- Coordinate freelancers and on-set resources including bookings, call sheets, and cover
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to keep daily studio activity running smoothly
- Manage last-minute changes and align with business priorities
- Plan resources around intake fluctuations and peak trading periods
- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day production inquiries
- Onboard and support models, freelancers and external partners on-site
- Review and improve studio production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support studio budgets, KPIs, and productivity targets
- Build strong partnerships with Creative, Brand and Studio teams to support wider business objectives
- Develop and mentor junior staff (Studio Production Coordinator and Studio Casting Assistant)
- Track freelance spend and ensure accurate budget administration
- Support casting, licensing and model bookings activities
- Produce leadership planning materials and participate in strategic initiatives
- Ensure supplier compliance and training records
Key requirements
- Proven experience in a Studio Producer, Production Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in ecommerce, photography or content production environment
- Strong shoot scheduling, resource planning and production management
- Experience managing freelance talent, suppliers and external partners
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with model bookings and talent management (desirable)
