We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join us, supporting the delivery of our UK property strategy at a key point for the estate. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Retail, Finance and Marketing to ensure we have the right stores, in the right locations, on the right commercial terms.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Deliver and evolve the UK property strategy across the portfolio - this role focuses on the north of the UK
- Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and disposals to secure the best commercial outcomes
- Manage external agents, advisers and legal teams
- Support Retail teams with day-to-day property matters
- Identify and progress targeted acquisition opportunities
- Bring strong market insight to every decision
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven UK retail property experience
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgement
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A practical, hands-on and detail-focused approach
