The Junior Digital Designer will be responsible for the creation and delivery of digital assets across the desktop and mobile site, marketing emails and social channels. They will also support the Digital Designers on creating artwork for the New Look Editorial feed and concepting new layouts and designs to keep the platform relevant and inspirational. This role also involves creating print assets for in store and press events, so knowledge on designing print ready creative is also key.

What you’ll be doing: As a Junior Digital Designer, you will be creative and confident whilst working within a fast-paced environment and be reactive with your workload as the needs of the business changes. You’ll have a strong eye for detail and innovation which will allow you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm. You must show the ability to explore a range of ideas and have a good understanding of homepage and CRM before demonstrating a design decision through all given projects. Daily responsibilities will include designing marketing emails, editorial articles, updating site furniture, working on weekly homepage updates (UK & International markets), creative print materials for instore and events and assisting the team with general ad hoc duties. You must have a can-do positive attitude and follow the briefs set by the wider team whilst keeping track of your time management and ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.

Who you are: Minimum level of education or qualifications 1 year Digital Design industry experience, preferably within fashion and ecommerce.

Essential skills/knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Desirable Skills/knowledge: After Effects, Sketch / Figma.

Behavioural Skills: Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning/developing design skills, attention to detail and creative eye, forward thinking and innovative approach to design projects, good communication and confident to show initiative, ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects, good time management and can work with pace, positive approach to constructive design feedback, clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks.
