THE ROLE
Project manage and co-ordinate refurbishment, new store, closures and ad hoc projects across the New Look portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Deliver all projects to current scope, vision and brand guidelines
- Manage multi-discipline projects to deadlines and agreed critical path
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Co-ordinate and facilitate onsite retail and contractor-based meetings
- Manage communication, from both internal and external parties
- Produce and follow a detailed programme of phased activity and ensure all key stakeholders adhere to this
- Plan contingencies and react to unplanned situations, proactively identifying problem areas and providing solutions
- Deliver detailed ad hoc proposals as required
- Manage costs to ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets, making savings and efficiencies wherever possible
- Support New Look's sustainability goals through upcycling, recycling and disposal
- Lead and manage on site activity remotely, liaising with retail and contractor representatives (which may sometimes be out of core hours)
WHO YOU ARE
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' retail experience at management level
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year's experience in a project management role β not essential
- Proven track record in a retail environment
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment
- Experience of cost management
- Good knowledge of contractor and retail ways of working
- Must be able to work remotely as part of a field based team
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong people focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Excellent personal effectiveness and organisational skills
- Good understanding of internal systems and processes
- Good understanding of visual merchandising techniques
- Good knowledge of basic IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to understand and articulate 2D and 3D CAD plans
- Good understanding of a diverse retail portfolio
- Good understanding of H&S requirements and obligations
- Sound knowledge and understanding of construction & build
- Sound knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop
