The Role
Support the day-to-day delivery of content across newlook. com and the app, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and accurate execution of trading and marketing activity.
Develop expertise across CMS, content publishing, promotional management, app engagement tools and testing platforms, becoming a trusted subject matter expert within the team.

What you'll be doing
- Build and publish content across web and app, including homepages, landing pages, editorial and campaign content.
- Manage promotional content, site messaging and campaign updates within CMS platforms.
- Build and maintain content within third-party tools such as Storyly to support app engagement and customer communications.
- Support the setup, QA and launch of content A/B tests across web and app channels.
- Perform post-publication checks to ensure content, imagery, links and customer journeys are functioning correctly.
- Support UAT, business sign-off and launch activities for new functionality and site enhancements.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, template governance and digital design standards.
- Implement delivery messaging, sale updates and trading changes during key commercial periods.
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Trading and Product teams to support business priorities.
- Support the identification of opportunities to improve content execution, processes and customer experience.
- Effectively prioritise workload with support from the Junior Publishing Manager, balancing BAU, campaign and trading activity.
- Build knowledge of publishing tools and platforms (including Hybris, Amplience and Storyly) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of wider ecommerce, marketing and trading processes, and how content supports commercial performance.
- Stay informed on competitor activity, customer experience trends and digital best practice.
- Attend daily and weekly briefings with the Digital & Ecommerce team.
- Provide on-call support during peak trading periods, including some weekend and evening cover.

- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience of, or exposure to, CMS platforms, ecommerce, retail, marketing or digital environments.
- Basic understanding of content publishing, testing and optimisation principles.
- Awareness of competitor digital experiences, industry best practice and emerging digital technologies.
