As a Digital Analytics Manager within Customer, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for understanding customer behaviour across our digital channels and turning insight into action. The role combines strategic leadership, technical credibility and strong stakeholder partnership, and plays a key part in continuing the momentum of our digital analytics capability.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead on providing deep insight into customer behaviour across our digital channels, translating complex data into clear, impactful recommendations and communicating these through conversations, deep-dive insight packs and self-serve dashboards.
- Own and evolve our digital analytics and reporting capability, working with engineering and product to ensure high-quality data capture, robust governance and best practice across tools such as Adobe Analytics and our BI platforms.
- Drive the development of scalable, automated reporting and insight through modern data platforms and visualisation tools, reducing manual effort and enabling faster, more consistent decision-making.
- Partner closely with Digital, Ecommerce, Product and broader Analytics and Data teams to prioritise and deliver a clear analytics backlog, ensuring we capture the right data, in the right place, at the right time.
- Play a key role in shaping measurement strategies, translating business goals into clear analytical requirements and ensuring insight is embedded into decision-making and followed through into action.
- Continue to develop business maturity in analytics by enabling self-serve insight, building education and adoption across stakeholders and defining a clear roadmap for capability growth.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts, creating a culture of trust, high standards and continuous improvement while supporting both technical and career development.
- Drive your own development and that of your team, staying current with the rapidly evolving analytics landscape and identifying where new tools, techniques or approaches add genuine value.
Who you are:
- Experience leading digital analytics in a complex environment, with hands-on use of Adobe Analytics across analysis and administration, and a good understanding of data quality and governance.
- Experience designing and delivering clear, engaging data visualisation and self-serve reporting using modern BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with an appreciation for effective storytelling and usability.
- Good working knowledge of SQL, with any experience using modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks or Snowflake) considered helpful but not essential.
- A clear and confident communicator, able to explain insight and technical concepts to non-technical audiences and support informed decision-making.
- Experience leading and developing analysts, creating an environment of trust, learning and continuous improvement.
- A thoughtful problem-solver who balances creativity with a structured approach, and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
- An interest in digital, retail and fashion, with a genuine motivation to use data to create value and improve customer experiences.
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset, open to learning, feedback and new ways of working in a fast-moving environment.
