You’ll have a strong eye for detail and innovation which will allow you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm. You must show the ability to explore a range of ideas before demonstrating a design decision through all given projects. Your main responsibility will be working on a variety of organic social briefs for Instagram, so animation skills are key. Additionally, you will work on banners for performance marketing channels, demonstrating a strong eye for detail. You must have a can-do positive attitude and follow the briefs set by the wider team whilst keeping track of your time management and ensuring all deadlines are consistently met. Who you are: Minimum level of education or qualifications 6 -12 months digital design industry experience, preferably within fashion and ecommerce. Essential skills/knowledge Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign & Illustrator Behavioural Skills Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning and developing design skills. Attention to detail and creative eye. Forward thinking and innovative approach to design projects. Good communication and confident to show initiative. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects. Good time management and can work with pace. Positive approach to constructive design feedback. Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks.
