THE ROLE:
You will support on delivering on brand multichannel styling and seasonal product styling for all New Looks owned channels: Ecommerce, email, social and Retail, whilst assisting in the product coordination responsibilities between BMD and wider teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting the multi-channel styling Manager and Senior Styling Manager in CRM email pushes, selecting imagery weekly to deadlines for CRM emails.
- Keeping CRM briefs up to date with sku’s/codes that reflect imagery chosen and keeping a communicative relationship with CRM on all things email.
- Support in selecting imagery for UGC, our new looker section of the homepage every 2 weeks.
- Support in selecting imagery seasonally for programme & site furniture refresh.
- Cross checking stock levels and intakes weeks from the shoot asset trackers
- Assist multi-channel manager on selecting imagery for content plans, homepages and paid social when needed.
- Creating and inputting all brief imagery into FIGMA for creative sign off
- Inputting and maintaining all product info in Trello.
- Working alongside the brand executive and assistants to make sure product selections get shared out to digital channels.
- Help assist on shoots, this includes organising shoot looks onto rails, steaming, unpacking shoes & accessories neatly, being prepared with styling kit for whatever the stylists need on set (pins, lint rollers etc).
- Manage and re-plenish, ordering items for the styling kit when needed.
- Help to pack and unpack for shoots.
- Help to log and track all Footwear and accessories in the seasonal shoot wardrobe
- Print styling packs to bring on set, so can see outfits clearly on a board on set.
- Log and complete carnets for shoots
- Supporting PCM in the pulling of product packs and trackers to support shoots and marketing calendar.
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player, ability to collaborate and work alongside peer group.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to read and understand trackers- product intakes, stock charts, and the programmes we use to monitor this.
- Figma optional but able to easily pick up digital platforms as this is where all our creative is done now.
- Confident in busy times. The ability to act quick and be reactive but in a calm manor without being overwhelmed by the pace.
