Job Purpose

As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.

  • Serve as Your Voice Representative, giving team members confidence to share ideas.
  • Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives within the store.
  • Represent the store at Quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and bi‑annual divisional meetings.
  • Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
  • Build close relationships with the team, modeling company values.
  • Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)
  • When trained and approved, support opening and set‑up of the store in the absence of management.
  • Provide access to the store before trade for deliveries or tasks needed before opening.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety and security procedures, ensuring team, service levels, and stock.
  • Department Specialist
  • Deliver exceptional standards within the department and overall operational excellence.
  • Use data and reporting to shape department performance.
  • Act as the go‑to expert, recommending products to customers to enhance performance.
  • Visual Merchandising Specialist
  • Support brand VM and POS guidelines through product handling and retail standards.
  • Execute window and mannequin styling to high standard, supporting floor moves.
  • Keep up with current trends and competitor activity.
