THE ROLE

We’re searching for a Junior Studio Product Copywriter to join our ecommerce studio and help bring our product to life online. This is an entry‑level role designed for someone at the start of their career who’s curious, detail‑oriented, and interested in fashion, and how people shop. You’ll be responsible for writing and refining product descriptions across the site, making sure everything is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice. From everyday essentials to new season drops, you’ll play a key role in how our customers experience the product digitally. Working closely with our buying and ecommerce teams, you’ll also manage day‑to‑day copy updates and amendment requests – keeping things organised, up to date, and moving at pace. It’s a role that balances creativity with precision, and suits someone who enjoys both writing and working within structured processes. We currently use AI tools as part of our content workflow, and you’ll be involved in shaping how these are used going forward – editing, refining, and elevating output to ensure it always on‑brand. Alongside this, you’ll gain exposure to the fundamentals of SEO, working with a third‑party agency to understand how copy supports search performance and product visibility. This is a hands‑on, studio‑based role where you’ll be embedded in the day‑to‑day of a fashion ecommerce environment – close to product, shoots, and the wider team. You’ll gain a strong foundation in product storytelling, content systems, and the commercial side of fashion, with plenty of scope to develop your skills as you go. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, open to learning, and brings a natural curiosity – whether that’s about improving a line of copy, understanding how customers search to craft the best product title, or exploring how new tools can make things better.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Write and edit clear, on‑brand product descriptions at pace
  • Own product copy accuracy, consistency, and tone of voice
  • Manage daily copy updates and amendment requests
  • Work closely with buying and ecommerce teams
  • Use AI tools to draft, refine, and improve copy
  • Support SEO best practices in collaboration with external agency
  • Keep product information organised within internal systems
  • Balance creativity with strong attention to detail

WHO YOU ARE

  • Entry‑level, with some relevant experience or a degree in English, Fashion, Communications (or similar)
  • A strong eye for detail – you naturally spot things others miss
  • A clear, concise writer with a good grasp of tone, spelling, and grammar
  • Organised and reliable, able to manage day‑to‑day tasks alongside longer‑term projects
  • Comfortable working at pace, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Curious by nature, with a proactive, can‑do approach to problem solving
  • Interested in fashion, retail, and/or popular culture
  • Open to feedback and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams
  • Keen to learn, develop, and build your skills in ecommerce, SEO, and new tools including AI

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU

  • 40% staff discount plus friends & family discounts throughout the year
  • Access to our reward platform for external discount and offers
  • Virtual GP access for you and your children – it allows you to speak to a doctor at a time and date that suits you
  • All employees are covered by our life assurance policy from day one
  • Unlock extra leave with our buy‑more holiday scheme.
  • Celebrate YOU! Enjoy an extra paid day off on your birthday each year
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, and shared parental leave (eligible after 2 years service)
  • Spread the cost of your commute with interest‑free season ticket loans
  • Do your bit for the environment and save money with our Cycle2Work scheme
