The role We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team on a permanent contract at our Weymouth support centre, working under a hybrid model. The successful candidate will support the Group Management Accountant in producing Group reporting and analysis to guide business decision-making. What you'll be doing:
- Prepare the Board weekly trade reporting file.
- Prepare the internal Finance weekly trade reporting presentation.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of the Group monthly management accounts for Main Board and our Lenders.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual Group budget and 3-year plan.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the Group quarterly forecast.
- Monitor, analyse, and communicate competitor & market performance (e.g., BRC, competitor trading updates).
- Compile and return responses to external statistics requests (e.g., ONS).
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support senior finance team and other departments.
