Overview
In this Supervisor role, you lead a retail team to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, upholding our Service Promise and Brand Values.
You will coach staff, drive visual merchandising, and ensure consistent store performance aligned with customer-first culture.
You’ll work closely with store leadership to optimise operations and profitability while supporting community and charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and coach the team to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey across store and online
- Lead YATD coaching and feedback to build customers' trust in fashion recommendations
- Influence in-store visual journeys, merchandising, windows, and mannequins to reflect local market
- Embed the Service Promise Easy/Smile/Care into in-store ethos
- Capture customer feedback via VOTC and communicate opportunities to leadership
- Support KIND initiatives (backhauling, bags, waste mgmt) to uphold values
- Deploy the team effectively to meet customer needs and drive store performance
- Recognise and share customer-experience successes across the Territory
- Support community and charity engagement to deliver local impact
- Maintain safe store environment by training the team on health & safety procedures
- Manage payroll spend within budget and company guidelines
- Contribute to profit growth by maximising sales opportunities and controlling costs
- Adhere to legal operational compliance at all times
- Use store reports to identify opportunities and drive conversion and markdown control
