The Digital Design Assistant will work across organic social and performance marketing channels and be responsible for assisting the Digital & Motion Designers in the day‑to‑day running of these social channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work on a variety of organic social briefs for Instagram, demonstrating animation skills
  • Develop banners for performance marketing channels with a strong eye for detail
  • Stay creative and confident while working in a fast‑paced environment, reacting to changing business needs
  • Explore a range of ideas, then make decision‑making design choices across all projects
  • Follow briefs set by the wider team, managing your time to meet all deadlines consistently

Who you are

  • Minimum level of education or qualifications: 6‑12 months digital design industry experience, preferably within fashion and e‑commerce
  • Essential skills/knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign & Illustrator
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning and developing design skills
  • Attention to detail and creative eye
  • Forward‑thinking and innovative approach to design projects
  • Good communication and confidence to show initiative
  • Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and manage projects
  • Good time management and can work with pace
  • Positive approach to constructive design feedback
  • Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide, applying it to all seasonal artworks
