The CRM Designer will be responsible for the concepting, creation and delivery of marketing emails, digital assets across the desktop and mobile site and creative for social channels. They will also work alongside the Digital Designers on creating artwork for the New Look Editorial feed and concepting new layouts and designs across all channels.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be part of the Creative Design team working on day‑to‑day projects such as Email, website design, organic and paid social design. You will be responsible for talking through your designs with the team to help develop your ideas and making sure they are suitable for all channels. You’ll be confident to present all finalised design routes to senior management. This role requires loads of creativity and a confident individual who has a strong eye for detail and innovation and that can suggest new ideas for layouts, animations, web functionality, typography and overall graphic design. You’ll have experience in e‑comm design and be comfortable with delivering campaigns across all digital channels to meet all your launch deadlines. You must show initiative when working cross‑departmentally to help manage your projects effectively and efficiently – even when under pressure. You must have an undoubted technical ability in Adobe Suite and Figma and have a true passion for all things creative in order to generate compelling designs which are both visually beautiful and retail minded.
Who you are:
- Minimum level of education or qualifications: 3 years Digital Design industry experience, preferably within fashion.
- Essential technical skills/knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, Figma
- Desirable technical skills/knowledge: After Effects
- Additional requirements: Experience in CRM design/ concepting, Skilled in creating designs for an omnichannel campaign, Great organisational skills, Proven track record or experience of the key stages of the design process from creative concept, asset creation through to communicating to the developers on the build and publishing, Good Communication and confident to show initiative, Good time management and can work with pace, Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines, Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks.
