This is a 12 month FTC. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Shoot Assistant to support the day-to-day running of creative shoots and wider production projects. Working closely with the Production Manager, this role will assist across the planning and execution of campaigns, content shoots and brand projects, supporting production logistics, shoot coordination and on-set operations within a fast-paced creative environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support end-to-end shoot production and logistics
- Assist with crew, studio, talent and supplier bookings
- Raise and track POs, invoices and production paperwork
- Record all production expenses and follow receipting process
- Coordinate shoot logistics including travel, catering and transport
- Liaise with freelancers, studios and external suppliers
- Support pre-production planning and shoot preparation
- Help manage production documents, releases and asset organisation
- Assist with post-production administration and asset delivery
- Provide general administrative support across the creative production team
- Support the Producer on set across studio and location shoots
- Act as a key point of support for crew, talent and freelancers during shoots
- Help ensure shoots run smoothly, efficiently and on schedule
- Manage on-set production needs and assist with problem solving in real time
- Support with talent logistics, catering, transport and general shoot coordination
- Assist with setup, pack down and maintaining organised production areas
- Handle ad hoc requests and changing priorities calmly and efficiently

- Previous experience within production, creative operations or studio coordination

- Understanding of production workflows and shoot logistics
- Experience managing POs, invoices or production budgets is a bonus
