The Role: This is an FTC until January 2027
The Content Creator and Art Director is a key part of the creative team.
Reporting into the Senior Styling Manager, you will be responsible for implementing New Look’s brand through the creation and delivery of concepts and assets across our online and offline channels.

What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver art direction for still life and video shoots, branding and content output, ensuring our creative is on-brand, on-message, engaging and delivering product stories within agreed budgets.
- Focus on print and digital activations (. com, app, organic and paid social, POS,), maximising our shoot output to ensure it is tailored to fulfil our cross-channel needs.
- Work closely with the Art Director Lead to deliver on seasonal narratives ensuring you are delivering the brand’s purpose: inspiring That New Look Feeling.
- Commission, develop and maintain relationships with photographers, videographers, re-touchers, production agencies, studios, hair and make up artists, who reflect our brand values.
- Partner closely with buying/design/merchandising, content, marketing, social, PR, CRM, Paid Marketing, UX, production and trade teams to effectively steer projects and meet KPIs.
- Utilise studios, studio 45 and locations for shoots.
- Work closely with the talent and influencer team to ensure art direction principles are delivered across 3rd party creators including paid for talent and UGC.
Who you are
- Proven depth of experience in commissioning and directing photography, design and moving imagery in an omnichannel retail environment.
- Relevant experience in women’s fashion – experience in men’s and/or children’s fashion a plus.
- A roster of relevant photographers, directors, stylists, and creatives.
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills.
- Experience in creating visuals for digital, print and social executions, special projects and campaigns – especially for paid and organic media channels.
- Detail orientated and well organized.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, both with your own team, the wider organisation and external collaborators.
