The Digital Design Assistant will work across organic social and performance marketing channels and be responsible for assisting the Digital & Motion Designers in the day to day running of these social channels.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months' digital design industry experience, preferably within fashion and ecommerce.
  • Proficient with Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Attention to detail and creative eye.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative approach to design projects.
  • Creative and confident while working within a fast‑paced environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and innovation, which will allow you to push design boundaries and challenge the norm.
  • Ability to explore a range of ideas before demonstrating a design decision through all given projects.
  • A can‑do positive attitude and follow the briefs set by the wider team whilst keeping track of your time management and ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
  • Positive approach to constructive design feedback.
  • Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a variety of organic social briefs for Instagram, so animation skills are key.
  • Working on banners for performance marketing channels, demonstrating a strong eye for detail.
  • Follow the briefs set by the wider team whilst keeping track of your time management, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
  • React to your workload as the needs of the business change.
