Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.
You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other and delivers results. You will do this by living and breathing our brand values in everything you do: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One and It Starts With Me.
You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by being an ambassador for the brand and demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
CUSTOMER
- Help inspire customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques.
- Create a fantastic customer experience, letting personality shine through.
- Assist customers with online options when items aren't available in store, providing a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Understand local customers and use that knowledge to drive sales and engage with the community and charity partners.
- Support store visual standards and create a visually exciting experience for customers.
TEAM
- Create an inclusive environment that values diverse opinions and encourages fun.
- Take a proactive approach to personal development, striving to fulfil potential.
- Work collaboratively to deliver the Retail Strategy.
GROWTH
- Recognise that your contribution impacts performance and KPIs.
- Stay updated on New Look product offerings to recommend authentically and drive store performance.
- Know store targets and strive to exceed them.
- Ensure a safe store environment by following Health & Safety procedures.
- Help protect profit by focusing on sales, loss control, and cost management.
- Remain compliant with mandatory training modules.
Skills and Knowledge
- Confident in people and passionate about customer interaction; communicate effectively and showcase personality.
- Able to identify the core local customer demographic.
- Passionate about fashion, staying current with trends.

- Strong eye for detail in maintaining store standards.
- Previous retail experience desirable but not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent store in the Your Voice initiative, encouraging team members to voice ideas and concerns.
- Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store.
- Act as an ambassador at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and, when required, at divisional meetings.
- Challenge store management constructively based on team feedback to influence change.
- Model company values, exemplifying them to customers and teammates.
Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)
- Eligible key holder (subject to mandatory training) may support opening and set‑up in management absence with Territory Leader approval.
- Access the store before trade for delivery or other pre‑opening tasks.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed and manage team, service levels, and stock in absence of management.
Department Specialist
- Deliver exceptional standards in your department and operational excellence to benefit the customer journey and store performance.
- Drive performance through data and reporting.
- Become the go‑to expert for your department, confidently recommending products to customers.
Visual Merchandising Specialist
- Support brand VM and POS guidelines, showcasing visual flair through product handling and retail standards.
- Execute window and mannequin styling to high standards, aligning with trade activity (sales, promos).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and influencer promotions.
