The Role: Making stock and distribution suggestions ensuring optimized levels to help maximize sales and profit, as well as preparing for the weekly distribution review. Attending weekly team meetings to identify best and worst sellers, understanding causes, and implementing appropriate actions. Conducting store visits once a season with the Branch Merchandising team to understand stock levels and product mix across different stores.

About you: Computer literate – Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Analytical approach. Numeracy skills – GCSE level or above. Attention to detail. Proactive, preventative approach. Good initiative and problem-solving skills. Retail experience is essential.
