THE ROLE
This is a 'fully hands-on' role to be responsible & own the full end to end process for New Starters, Leavers and Internal movers across the New Look estate (OnPayroll) and including OffPayroll contractors.
- New Starters: You will be responsible for ensuring all new starters are set up with accounts, applications and hardware needed to perform their role from the first day with the business. Ensuring access granted is in line with their role and compliant with security and audit policies. Also covering assigning laptops where and kit to support hybrid working where applicable. Maintaining relationships with managers across the business to ensure they are fully supported with their new recruits. Sharing and maintaining business communication to the line managers and new starters throughout the set up process.
- Leavers: You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all leavers, ensuring IT systems are kept secure by locking them down and the termination of applications. Communicating with the leavers and line managers in advance to ensure everything is ready. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of hardware/IT assets ensuring they are retrieved & fully tracked for use for future new starters. The ability to adhere to business SLA's provided.
- Movers: You will be responsible for ensuring all internal movers have only the access relevant to their new role. Including the removal of old access and updating for the new role. To remain compliant with security and audit policies. Acting as a key point of contact for potential systems access issues, liaising directly with new starters, line managers & key IT teams to assist with the on-boarding process.
- Continuous improvement: Create & maintain relationships with all IT Service Teams to review new & retiring applications, ensuring all system access is kept fully secure. Standard hours are 37.5 per week. Maintaining relationships with 3rd party suppliers to ensure tasks are fully completed and SLA's are adhered to. Reporting any escalations to the IT Service Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Access Requests: Processing requests for access and the addition of new groups or users in a timely manner
- Performing impact assessments for new roles not agreed on the system access matrix
- Keeping business role matrix's current and relevant.
- Assisting in the investigation and resolution of problems relating to system access
- Ensuring Leavers user accounts & associated assets are tracked, locked down appropriately & all IT hardware is retrieved & accounted for.
