As Uxbridge Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver a customer‑obsessed high‑street retail experience. You’ll drive store performance, develop staff, and work closely with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.
Qualifications
- Previous store or deputy management experience.
- Track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- Strong commercial acumen and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
- Organizational skills for inventory management, stock control, and replenishment.
