Job Purpose

As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by living our Service Promise. You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other, and delivers results. Accountabilities and Responsibilities

CUSTOMER

  • You’ll help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques
  • You create a fantastic customer experience, letting your personality and individual style shine through in everything you do
  • We’re Omnichannel, so you help customers find products online if they can’t find them in store, making the shopping experience seamless
  • You’re passionate about understanding local customers, driving sales and connecting to the community, including our charity partners
  • You support store standards and help create a visually exciting experience that inspires customers to shop with us

TEAM

  • You create an inclusive environment that values different people and opinions and encourages everyone to have fun and have a voice
  • You take a proactive approach to your own development, stretching yourself to realize and fulfill your potential

  • The Your Voice Representative role is crucial, giving team members confidence to voice ideas and opinions that impact the team atmosphere
  • You support the communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store
  • You can act as an ambassador for your store at Territory and divisional Your Voice meetings, summarizing key themes and feedback
  • You have the confidence to challenge store management and influence change based on team feedback
  • You maintain close relationships with your team and exemplify company values, setting a great example for customers and teammates

Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)

  • Subject to mandatory training, you may become a key holder to support opening, set‑up, and delivery tasks in the absence of a manager
  • You may access the store prior to trade to complete delivery or other tasks needed before opening
  • You ensure all health and safety, security procedures, and team responsibilities are adhered to in the absence of management

Department Specialist

  • You deliver exceptional departmental standards and overall operational excellence, benefiting the customer journey and store performance
  • You analyze data and reporting to shape departmental performance and recommend products confidently
  • As the department expert, you provide key insights and product recommendations to enhance performance

Visual Merchandising Specialist

  • You support delivery of brand VM and POS guidelines through great product handling and high retail standards, showcasing visual flair
  • You execute window and mannequin styling to high standards and support floor moves aligned with trade activity
  • You stay current with trends, competitor activities, and influencer promotions
