In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer‑obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in delivering a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team that supports one another and delivers results, while having fun along the way. You will be fully accountable for your store performance, working alongside your Store Manager and Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities that will impact KPIs, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win.
