We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Team Executive Assistant. The role is employed by NLA and you will be assigned to work for Opportunity London supporting its CEO and the management team. This is a newly created role in a fastâpaced environmentâperfect for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making things happen.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO and 4 Managers
- Coordinate international/domestic travel and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Manage CRM systems, budgets, and expenses
- Support delivery of key operational projects
- Build strong relationships across teams to keep everything running smoothly
Reports to: Chief Executive, Opportunity London
About You
- 5+ years' experience as an EA supporting Câsuite executives
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationshipâbuilding abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexible, resilient, and thrives in a fastâpaced environment
- Industry experience in property or a related professional sector is a plus.

Your employment contract will be with NLA (there are no direct employees of Opportunity London; it is driven in partnership by NLA and London & Partners).
Employment Details
- Location: NLA office at The London Centre. Opportunity for hybrid work, minimum 3 days in the office.
- Work Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday â Friday.
- Market Competitive Salary: dependent on skills and experience.
- Benefits: 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) with uncapped discretionary leave, pension, EAP, Cycleâtoâwork, wellness initiatives and professional development budget.
