NLA is the membership organisation for the built environment in London. NLA connects architects, developers, planners, engineers, and publicâsector leaders to shape better cities through insight, learning, and debate. Our membership spans large organisations, individuals, and small practices â all committed to London's built environment.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive membership acquisition and retention. This is a handsâon, performanceâfocused role for someone with strong digital marketing skills and a commercial mindset.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to attract new members
- Own the marketing acquisition funnel and support conversion with sales
- Deliver email and digital journeys to boost engagement and retention
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta
- Track and report on performance metrics including MQLs, conversion rates, and retention
What we're looking for:
- Handsâon experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
- Dataâdriven approach with a focus on acquisition and retention
- Experience in membership or subscriptionâbased businesses (desirable)
