Telephony Agent
to join our remote team. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring all queries are handled personally, efficiently and with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner Always provide excellent customer service Listen to customer/client needs and resolve queries or issues effectively Record accurate call information and update systems where required Follow internal procedures and service standards Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary Maintain a positive and solution-focused approach in all interactions What Were Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in handling phone-based customer interactions Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Good problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting Previous customer service or call handling experience is desirable but not essential What We Offer Fully remote working arrangement Flexible working hours to suit your availability Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week with opportunity for more hours Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities
