- You will be responsible for producing designs and estimates from developers’ briefs and architects’ drawings.
Qualifications
- Kitchen design and estimating experience.
- Ability to translate a brief and design aspirational, inspiring, creative designs from scratch.
- Must be very spatially aware to develop designs from housebuilder set briefs.
- Ability to work/transfer from scaled drawings.
- Ability to use a CAD system, either through certification or experience.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) or similar.
- Must possess the ability to work accurately on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand and interpret instructions essential.
- Must be able to work effectively and play a full part in a team.
What about the package?
The starting salary is fixed at £30,500. Plus there is a realistic £8,000 bonus on top.
