Job Description
We are now looking to welcome an experienced and highly organised Data and Exams Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the school’s data and examinations functions, ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to support school improvement, student outcomes and statutory requirements. You will oversee the administration and organisation of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with relevant regulations and awarding body requirements.
You will have excellent organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be confident working with management information systems and handling complex and confidential data, and will be able to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and external organisations.
You will work closely with senior leaders and other colleagues across the school, providing high-quality data, analysis and reporting while ensuring that key deadlines are met. Previous experience of working within a school data and/or examinations environment would be an advantage.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks (42 weeks per year)
Working times: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:00pm and Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm.
