We are looking for a qualified coach with a good pedigree and background experience, who is growing or has a huge desire to grow their client base and is able to bring real value to our client proposition. We currently have a diverse group of highly talented, high-calibre coaches who all joined us because something was missing and they wanted to be part of a business like ours, which is rapidly expanding.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from a range of backgrounds.
- You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, influencing, and fearlessly challenging leaders and managers at all levels on behavioural change that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value.
- Passionate about changing people's lives through coaching.
- You want to benefit from being self-employed and being part of something bigger than just you.
