Key Accountabilities
- Lead day-to-day supervision of the Flow Credit team, ensuring effective allocation and prioritisation of deal queues.
- Evaluate and underwrite small-ticket credit proposals across all channels, aligned with policies, mandates and governance standards.
- Analyse financial statements, market reports and collateral curves; produce clear and commercially balanced credit recommendations.
- Exercise personal sanctioning authority and prepare recommendations for cases outside mandate.
- Ensure compliance with Consumer Credit, TCF, AML and Data Protection regulations.
- Oversee periodic reviews of existing customer exposures.
