New Leaf Search is partnering with an established Asset Finance organisation in its search for a Relationship Manager, Construction to manage and develop dealer relationships across Southern England
This home-based, field-focused opportunity involves building and maintaining relationships with dealers, manufacturers and customers, developing mid-ticket Construction Finance business and identifying opportunities for continued growth
Key Accountabilities

Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, introducers and customers across the Southern territory

Generate new business opportunities through regular visits, proactive contact strategies and relationship development

Identify and secure new finance transactions, negotiating pricing and structuring deals to meet customer requirements

Build relationships with new dealers, manufacturers and customers to expand business opportunities

Assess financing proposals, prepare credit submissions and ensure compliance with relevant credit policies and procedures

Monitor introducer performance, sales activity, conversion rates and deal pipelines

Work collaboratively with credit, operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of customer service

Support the wider sales team in achieving business growth and financial targets
Person Specification

Proven sales and business development experience within Asset Finance and Leasing

Strong understanding of the Construction Finance market and dealer-led financing relationships

Experience managing and developing relationships with dealers, manufacturers and customers

Sound knowledge of credit assessment, deal structuring and commercial negotiation

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

A proactive, commercially focused approach to developing and maintaining business relationships
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered
