New Leaf Search is partnering with a leading European financial services group in its search for a
Internal Relationship Manager on a
6-month Fixed-Term Contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asset Finance sales professional to join a highly successful internal sales team, managing relationships with introducers and customers while supporting the growth of new business across a varied portfolio.
Working closely with external Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders, you will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to payout, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximising business volumes and profitability.
- Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with introducers and customers.
- Manage a portfolio of standard and mid-ticket Asset Finance opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive relationship management.
- Qualify opportunities and prepare credit proposals.
- Structure funding solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage transactions from quotation through to payout.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving business growth objectives.
Person Specification
- Previous experience within Asset Finance and Leasing is essential.
- Internal Sales, Internal Account Management or Relationship Management experience.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to developing business relationships.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
