New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Internal Account Manager.

Key Purpose:
To build and maintain strong relationships with vendor, dealer, reseller, and broker partners — delivering first-class wholesale finance programme management while maximising volumes and profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain key introducer and customer relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
- Act as primary contact for Wholesale Finance partners, providing informed support and commercial insight.
- Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close transactions.
- Identify and secure new business in line with company strategy and risk appetite.
- Assess creditworthiness, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with credit and regulatory requirements.
- Structure and negotiate deals ensuring sustainability and profitability.
- Monitor partner performance, analyse conversion and acceptance rates, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deal processing from quote through to payout.
Person Specification:
- Strong understanding of Asset and Wholesale Finance.
- Proven sales and business development track record within Asset Finance.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and analytical ability.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and a strong team player.
