New Leaf Search is working in partnership with a leading European financial services group to recruit a Stocking Support Executive within the Asset Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to stocking enquiries and process funding requests

Maintain Wholesale Funding System (WFS) for Stocking sectors
-
Set up and support dealers and vendors on WFS
-
Conduct UAT testing and support system development
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and dealers
-
Process audits, invoice checks and reporting
-
Collaborate with Collections team on arrears
Candidate Profile:

Basic knowledge of stocking products and asset finance systems
-
Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
-
Understanding of HP, Loan, Lease products and various asset types
-
Competent in MS Office and adaptable to new systems
-
Self-motivated team player with high integrity
